Charles Ventre
Piano and Vocals – True Talent
Boogie-Bombing Ivories!!! This is a phrase coined from New Orleans’ Offbeat Magazine’s Dan Willging describing Charles Ventre’s style of piano playing on “Let the Good Times Roll” by Parker James.
With a state of the art sound system and accompaniment, this is not your father’s piano player. There’s only 1 guy, but he sounds like a whole band.
At the present time, Charles can be found performing solo or along with South Louisiana Legend T.K. Hulin or with the band Smoke.
Providing musical entertainment for wedding receptions, festivals, parties, celebrations, restaurants, nightclubs, clubs, lounges, and much more.
looking forward to doing business with you., For those who do not know, Charles has awesome talent.
Hey Charles, I just found you on the internet and wanted to say Hi. I’m so glad to see you’re still playing that great piano style, you’re the main reason I wanted to play with the band. Gleni and I are still together, in fact we just celebrated 36 years together and we have 5 granchildren. We’re living in Dallas right now to be with the grandkids and we stay very busy. I’m still playing and writing and Last summer I recorded a Dixieland CD with in Colorado after playing the Evergreen Jazz festival. I”m supposed to be in NY to play with some old friends at Carnagey Hall in October. You can check me out on facebook if you want. I hope we can stay intouch and maybe get a chance to play together again. LeBeaux
